CANNA COURT'S DISPUTE RESOLUTION SERVICES CONSIST OF TWO FEES
(1) ADMINISTRATION FEE AND (2) PANELIST FEE

Picture
Administrative Fees
Administrative fees are based on the amount of the claim or counterclaim and are to be paid by the party bringing the claim or counterclaim at the time the demand or claim is filed with the CANNA COURT.

Total Administrative fees will be somewhat higher for cases that proceed to a hearing.

Panelist compensation is not included in the administrative fee schedule. Unless the parties’ agreement provides otherwise, arbitrator compensation and administrative fees are subject to allocation by an arbitrator in an award.

Mediation fees will be lower than Arbitration fees and will generally be completed in a much quicker time frame.

Panelist Fees
Panelist fees are set by the Panelists themselves, and shall be agreed to by the Parties prior to the commencement of any Arbitration or Mediation.

CANNA COURT Panelists shall charge a rate consistent with the Panelist's stated rate of compensation. Any and all compensation of a Panelist shall be made through CANNA COURT and not directly between the Parties and the Panelist. Member compensation and expenses shall not exceed guidelines presented to CANNA COURT along with the request for Panelist assistance.

CANNA COURT may require the Parties to deposit in advance such sums of money as it deems appropriate to cover the expense of the dispute resolution process, including Panelist fees and expenses, if any, and shall render an accounting to the parties and return any unexpended balance at the conclusion of the Panelist's services.

The expenses of witnesses for the Parties shall be paid by the Party producing such witnesses. All other hearing expenses, including required travel and other
expenses of the arbitrators, experts and any witness and the cost of any proof produced at the direct request of the Panelists, shall be borne equally by the Parties unless they agree otherwise.
